A full renovation was commenced for this 2,500 sq ft existing villa in Springs. The villa refurbishment included an extension on the ground floor, expanding the dining room and adding a guest bedroom. The garden and kitchen were fully transformed, as well as the wall and floor treatments. Full renovation was commenced for the master bedroom and dressing room. Furniture / Lighting selections and procurement were essential to complete the face lift of the villa.

The material palette is rich in color and texture, reflecting the clients character. The combination of wooden elements with quirky cultural products - from the Indian jhula (swing) to the quirky plates painted by Indian artists - added depth to the space.
