A full renovation was commenced for this existing villa in Springs. The villa refurbishment included a full change in the ground floor layout, allocating more space to the kitchen, living area and powder room. Kitchen and Bathrooms were fully transformed, as well as the wall and floor treatments. Furniture / Lighting selections and procurement were essential to complete the face lift of the villa.

The material palette and style reflect a timeless country style interior.
