A warehouse architecture and interior refurbishment. The proposal looks towards celebrating the elements that lead to Al Fakher's passion for shisha. The design attempts to harvest the five senses:

1) Sight

2) Sound

3) Smell

4) Taste

5) Touch

These senses are engaged in lending shisha the focus that it demands. A Parallelogram, cuts through the rectangular form, to bring in natural light to an internal court, which houses the business lounge located in the heart of the facility. Staff breakout areas and the innovation center overlook the courtyard.
