A renovation was commenced for this existing villa in Jumeirah Golf Estates. Kitchen and Bathrooms were fully transformed, as well as the wall and floor treatments. Material & Lighting selections and procurement were essential to complete the face lift of the villa.

The design embraces a timeless black and white palette, harmoniously complemented by the warmth of the wood flooring. This elegant combination not only enhances the villa’s appeal but also unifies the overall aesthetic, creating a sophisticated and inviting living space.
