A full renovation was commenced for this 3,000 sq ft existing villa in Dubai Hills. The villa refurbishment included an extension on the ground and first floors, closing off the open kitchen, floor and wall treatments, furniture / lighting design and procurement, full renovation of the master bedroom dressing room. 

The earthy tone on tone material palette is complemented with pops of color and black accents. The heritage of the client is reflected in a variety of elements- the takya stool designed by emirati designer Al Jood Lootah, the soft tones of the desert, the cane - a material used in traditional design redefined in a modern setting.
