AN INTERIOR ARCHITECT WHO IS IN PURSUIT OF CREATING SPACES THAT ARE NOT ONLY EXPERIENTIAL BUT ALSO PRACTICAL.
“Design is an intuitive process. By nature it is also a solution-finding field of work. Therefore, the first step in my process is an amalgamation of conceptualization and practical analysis.” From moving to Dubai in 2006 until 2014, I have worked with reputed interior design consultants on multiple large-scale projects across hospitality, commercial and residential sectors with reputed clients, developers and hotel operators.
In 2015, to not only be able to give better care for my children but also to pursue my dreams,
I established Veena Siddharth Design Studio. During the early stages of formation, I was tasked with the responsibility of that of a lead interior designer for Rove hotels for Emaar Hospitality Group where I was representing a UK based design firm - Stride Treglown. My work experiences have ingrained in me a belief that it is important to be one’s own critic, especially in a fast moving industry in which skills and concepts quickly become out-dated. A progressive designer must be ready to take advantage of every opportunity to learn in order to accomplish the goal of creating a design with meaning.

SIDDHARTH LEADS ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS AT VS DESIGN STUDIO.
Siddharth’s journey of Architectural design began in India where he worked on 5-star hospitality and commercial projects. He wanted to raise the bar and explore designing in different regions; therefore Dubai was the next step in his career. He moved to Dubai in 2005 and has since designed and managed prestigious high-rise buildings, 5 star resort, hotel and master planning projects that spanned across the sectors of residential, hospitality and commercial.
To further develop his understanding of procurement, management and construction of projects in the built environment, Siddharth pursued and completed his masters in construction project management. Siddharth was awarded a distinction for his dissertation titled ‘Application of Offsite/ Modern methods of construction in UAE’. With over 20 years of experience Siddharth leads Architecture projects at VSDS and is a highly dependable professional, who can design and manage projects from concept through execution.

Marah, with her unique blend of expertise in interior design and business administration, stands as a beacon of innovation and excellence in the realm of spatial aesthetics. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a master’s in Business Administration, she seamlessly integrates the principles of design with astute business acumen to craft spaces that transcend mere functionality, elevating them to realms of unparalleled beauty and practicality.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Marah has honed her craft, spending seven of those years specializing in designing and building meticulously curated commercial and residential spaces. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: functionality and aesthetics are not mutually exclusive but rather symbiotic elements that breathe life into every space.
Marah’s dedication and talent have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, she was shortlisted as the Young Interior Designer of the Year, and she secured the fourth position on the top 10 young interior designer of the year 2020.
With an unwavering commitment to excellence and an innate understanding of the intricate dance between form and function, Marah continues to redefine the boundaries of interior design, leaving an indelible mark on every project she undertakes.
Zeina Mofti
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
A MULTIPDISCIPLINARY DESIGNER WITH WORK EXPLORING INTERIOR DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGN, AND SUSTAINABLE DESIGN INITIATIVES.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of cultural influences, Zeina infuses her creations with a harmonious blend of traditional heritage and contemporary sensibilities. Her designs reflect a meticulous exploration of diverse materials and techniques, all underpinned by a commitment to sustainability.
With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the American University of Sharjah, Zeina's early accolades include winning the prestigious Danube Interior Design APID award for her student work. Her professional journey has seen her contribute to high-profile residential and commercial projects. Zeina has project managed large-scale residential projects by Emaar properties, showcasing her ability to deliver high quality designs, on time.
Driven by a passion for sustainable and product design, Zeina pursued a Master's degree in Integrated Product Design from Brunel University in London. This transformative experience enabled her to conceive groundbreaking solutions that seamlessly integrate aesthetics, technology, and sustainability. Notably, her project "G-cycle" earned her recognition with a Design Innovation Plastics Award in London.
Zeina's innovative prowess has garnered her multiple award nominations, with her recent creation "Waves - a 3D printed luminaire" captivating audiences at Dubai Design Week and D3. Her philosophy revolves around the constant pursuit of new horizons and the willingness to push beyond comfort zones, believing that true innovation and growth emerge from embracing challenges head-on.
